The residence was as described and met all expectations. Host was very proactive in communicating details of our stay, checkout and follow-up. Felt very safe in this quite neighborhood, which is a very short distance from downtown activities. The decor was very fitting for a fun, festive and welcoming atmosphere to Nashville. Would definitely recommend this place for families and small groups looking for a nice place to hang out and relax, but still have access to Broadway, downtown and surrounding activities. Although we had a rental car, at times it was best to take a $10-15 Uber ride.

The Girls/Cousins Trip was a success. Tou thought of everything in your home. This is one of the best air bnb's we had. The location of your home made commuting downtown and to different restaurants very easy. We would love to know what other states or cities you have homes in? Thank you for being a Super Host!

A great stay for a bachelor party weekend! Good food selections in the area and a short ride to downtown. Lots of space for large groups and an awesome rooftop hangout spot, with views of the city.

Lisa’s home was amazing! It was exactly like the photos! There is literally nothing bad to say about this home. There was about 8 of us and we all slept comfortably and had lots of room to move around and also relax! The rooftop was a great place to go and take photos. & the main living area had 3 different areas that were perfect for photos!

This was a great place, fun decor, we had 8 staying here and perfect size for us, having a lot of bathrooms was nice, nice location, close to downtown. They gave us a code for check-in which made it really easy to get in and out.

I rented this home for my granddaughter’s cheer competition and decided to make a vacation and bring all my grandchildren. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was as expected. The owner was quick to respond. Very spacious, I will rent here again.

This place was great for our large group, lots of room. The rooftop was a great place for us all to hangout as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting Nashville.

Very nice … In need of flash lights in case of power outage. It’s super dark with no lights. Besides ending our last night with no lights it was a great place to stay. No fault of any one …. Lights were out in the area.

Great AirBnb rental!! The hosts left clear instructions and expectations of their guests during our stay which I appreciated! The codes to the house made it so much easier for our large group to get in and out without having to worry about keys. It looks exactly like the pictures!! Such cool decor inside already that you will get amazing photo ops. The rooftop was awesome too. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us so we didn’t get to spend too much time up there but they have cornhole, putt-putt and connect 4 up there and plenty of seating! I would’ve loved to have stayed up there more. Close to all neighborhoods in Nashville that you would want to check out as well. Less than 15 minute drive to each. Would definitely rebook!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean. It had bathrooms for everyone. It had everything you needed for the stay while we were there. Lisa was a great host and provided all the information to get us through our stay. It's a short distance from Broadway. We also enjoyed hanging on the roof. Highly recommend the stay.
