The residence was as described and met all expectations. Host was very proactive in communicating details of our stay, checkout and follow-up. Felt very safe in this quite neighborhood, which is a very short distance from downtown activities. The decor was very fitting for a fun, festive and welcoming atmosphere to Nashville. Would definitely recommend this place for families and small groups looking for a nice place to hang out and relax, but still have access to Broadway, downtown and surrounding activities. Although we had a rental car, at times it was best to take a $10-15 Uber ride.

The Girls/Cousins Trip was a success. Tou thought of everything in your home. This is one of the best air bnb's we had. Lisa’s home was amazing! It was exactly like the photos! There is literally nothing bad to say about this home. There was about 8 of us and we all slept comfortably and had lots of room to move around and also relax! The rooftop was a great place to go and take photos. & the main living area had 3 different areas that were perfect for photos!

This was a great place, fun decor, we had 8 staying here and perfect size for us, having a lot of bathrooms was nice, nice location, close to downtown. They gave us a code for check-in which made it really easy to get in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very clean. It had bathrooms for everyone. It had everything you needed for the stay while we were there. Lisa was a great host and provided all the information to get us through our stay. It's a short distance from Broadway. We also enjoyed hanging on the roof. Highly recommend the stay.

Great place, lots of space with the 3 different levels. Coffee pods provided, fridge has filtered ice and water. It was about 15 minutes drive to downtown Nashville, about $15-$20 to get there. The place felt cozy and is in a safe neighborhood, helped to have a garage too but there was still parking on the street. The only thing to note is that the bedroom with the bunk beds has a ceiling fan that is extremely close to the top bed, so you likely will not be able to use it. When you turn the light on in that room the ceiling fan turns on too and there's no way to have the light on without the fan running. other than that, everything was perfect.

SIX1FIVE is a colorful and fun property that captures the Nashville vibe! Located in a busy rooftop patio district, there's lots of party action in the neighborhood. The location is very convenient to Vanderbilt, West End Ave, and Hillsborough. The place is big enough for the whole gang!

Exactly as described 10 min Uber ride to broadway. Uber rides come very fast within 2-5 mins. There were 10 us of girls who stayed here for my bachelorette trip there is plenty of space and room. Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

This property was great for the large group that we had. Lisa was a great host and very easy to get in touch with whenever there were any questions. Everything is a 10-15 minute Uber ride and we had no issues with the surrounding area. My only (minor) con, is that if you are traveling with a large group, unless you have couples willing to share a bed, just make sure to map out the bedding situation. One of the bedrooms have two beds, which also pull out to two additional beds underneath, however with the way the room was setup, the pullouts were very small and not really a viable option for us. Other than that, we all really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for sure. The decorations and layout of the place are great! 5 out of 5 stars for sure.
